WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

TwentyOne7 accepts the following methods of payment:

PayPal - All Major Credit Cards

Square - All Major Credit Cards

SHIPPING

All items are usually shipped within 7 - 14 business days from date of purchase.

All items are shipped UPS, FedEx, Priority Mail or Freight.  A tracking number is emailed to you once the shipping label has been printed.

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AS OF NOW.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Fabric, Wallpaper & Custom-Made Item Returns
TwentyOne7 only sells 100% first quality designer fabrics, wallpapers and custom made pillows.  Each order is inspected for flaws.  Cuttings for approval are available on all fabrics or wallpapers so you can be sure they meet your needs.

There are no returns on items that are cut-order or custom-made items.
We can authorize returns for manufacturer defects or shipping damage.

If you receive a product that is damaged you can email us at cyan721@gmail.com or call us at 919-309-2566. We have to authorize the return before we can issue a call ticket for the item to be picked up.  We will also send out a replacement of the same product.


Furniture Returns
We can only authorize returns for manufacturer defects or shipping damage.

If you receive a product that is damaged, you must email us at cyan721@gmail.com or call us at 919-309-2566 within 7 days of product receipt.  We have to authorize the return before we can make arrangements for the item to be picked up.

Lighting & Accessories Returns

We can accept returns for undamaged items; however there will be a 40% re-stocking fee.  The items must be returned via prepaid postage as we do not accept COD deliveries.  

We can only authorize returns for manufacturer defects or shipping damage.

Sale Items Returns
Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
